Data encrypted in transit and at rest, so student and fee records stay protected.

Role-based access

Teachers, parents and admins each see only what they should — nothing more.

Built to align with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, with children's data handled with extra care.

Safeguards we build in

  • Daily backups — your school's data is backed up and recoverable.
  • Audit trails — sensitive changes (marks, fees) are logged for accountability.
  • Data export — your data is yours; you can export it at any time.
  • No advertising — we never sell or use student data for advertising.
